Sunday brought the beginning of year #29 to Kristi - and the reality that there are only 365 days separating her from the big 3-0 milestone! To celebrate we enjoyed an absolutely beautiful home-cooked meal together, complete with Ghirardelli chocolate brownies topped with a Scooby Doo birthday candle (thanks to the Mum for the make-it-yourself birthday cake!)Throughout the day Kristi enjoyed catching up with family and friends - thanks to all for the calls, notes and gifts, it was so wonderful to hear from you all!
Tomorrow we head off to Tasmania for our long Easter weekend. With Kristi fighting a cold and Josh fighting work overload, we will enjoy the time away for some R&R :) Happy Easter!

Happy Belated Birthday Kristi!! I truly did try to log in and tell you on Saturday (so you'd see it on your birthday), but my password didn't work....but it worked today. strange. Enjoy the last 20-something year.....it's all down hill after that. =) Hope you feel better soon.
